自蔓延高温合成陶瓷衬管技术的进展

摘    要:陶瓷衬管具有良好的耐磨、耐蚀、耐热性能 ,可广泛应用于许多工业部门。将离心铸造技术和自蔓延高温合成技术结合在一起而发展起来的离心自蔓延高温合成技术 ,具有工艺与设备简单、生产率高、节能和成本低等特点 ,为陶瓷衬管的生产开辟了新的途径。笔者总结了离心自蔓延高温合成陶瓷衬管的铝热反应原理和提高自蔓延高温合成陶瓷衬管性能的措施 ,特别是金属陶瓷内衬复合管和陶瓷树脂内衬复合管的开发 ,使SHS陶瓷衬管今后在各种管道行业获得更广泛的应用。

Abstract:The ceramic-lined pipes have advantages of corrosive resistance, wear resistance, heat resistance and insulation and can be extensively used in many industries. The centrifugal self-propagating high temperature synthesis, formed by combining the centrifugal casting technology with self-propagating high temperature synthesis (SHS), is characterized by simple process, high productivity, energy saving and low cost. The SHS-centrifugation technology opens up a new way for manufacture of ceramic-lined pipes. Authors summarize the alumino-thermic reaction principle for centrifugal SHS ceramic-lined pipes and the measures improving the properties of SHS ceramic-lined pipes. Especially, the development of ceramal and ceramic resin composite lining tubes has promoted the wider application of SHS ceramic lining tubes in pipeline industry.
