摘    要:对圆环面刀具五坐标端铣加工复杂曲面的特性进行了深入分析.在此基础上,提出了一种快速的局部干涉检测算法,首先计算圆环面刀具圆环面的环心圆到工件曲面之间的最小距离,然后将该最小距离与圆环面刀具的圆角小半径进行比较,以实现对局部干涉的判断,并通过调整刀轴矢量对发生局部干涉的刀位进行处理.算例表明,所提出的干涉检测不仅正确稳定,而且具有很高的效率.

Abstract:The property of the five-axis end milling of sculptured surfaces with the toroidal cutter was analyzed in depth.Based on this,a fast local interference checking method was proposed in this paper.The minimum diatance between the circular curve of the toroidal cutter and the design surface was firstly calculated.Then the local interference checking was accomplished through comparing the minimum distance with the corner radius of the toroidal cutter.The interference correction was also implemented by adjusting the tool axis.Results of an example show the new method is stable and has high computing efficiency.
