摘    要:以长短叶片混流式水轮机三维定常湍流计算结果作为非定常湍流计算初始条件,结合混流式水轮机湍流流动进行全流道三维非定常模拟研究。通过在蜗壳进口、固定导叶及活动导叶前、转轮前和尾水管截面测点压力脉动及频谱分析,得出长短叶片混流式水轮机内压力脉动产生和传播的部分规律。

Abstract:CFD simulation of three-dimensional unsteady turbulent flow through a Francis turbine HLA351 runner with long and short blades was conducted with initial steady flow conditions,and the simulation data of pressure fluctuations on various components were analyzed in details.The results show the details of well-predicted flow field in the runner and the pattern of fluctuating pressure generation and propagation in the turbine.These results would provide a guideline for turbine design and optimization.
