| 摘 要： | 建立了氰霜唑原药的高效液相色谱分析方法.采用 Agilent HC-C18色谱柱与215 nm紫外检测器,以乙腈-水为流动相(体积比40:60,pH值5.0),流速为1.4 mL/min,保留时间为7.51 min.方法的线性相关系数为0.9998,标准偏差为0.383,变异系数为0.40%.平均回收率为99.64%.

| Abstract: | A hPlc method was developed for the determination of cyazofamid by using Agilent hc-c18 column and UV detection at 215 nm.The mobile phase consisted of ch3cN and h2o(40:60,by vo1,ph 5),and flow rate was 1.4 ml/min.The residue time was 7.51 minute.The linear correlation of this method was 0.999 8.The standard deviation was 0.383.The variation coefficient was 0.40%.The average recovery was 99.64%. |
