支持向量机非线性辨识与控制概述

摘    要:首先讲述非线性系统辨识的一般模型、基于支持向量机(support vector machine.SVM)非线性辨识的结构和SVM辨识与控制的优势、特点,然后阐述了SVM在控制中的应用,包括SVM在内模控制,SVM预测控制及多核SVM控制等,最后探讨了SVM本身在算法快速性,核函数的改进,错误惩罚参数选择以及在SVM中损失函数的选择上存在的问题。

Abstract:The common model of nonlinear system identification and the frame of nonlinear system identification based on support vector machine(SVM) is presented,as well as the advantage of SVM in identification and modeling.Then,the application of SVM in controlling is developed,which includes SVM in internal control,in predicted control and in multi-kernel control.At last,the speediness of algorithm of SVM,the improvement of kernel function and the choose of loss function parameter is discussed.
