基于模糊FMECA的液压系统可靠性分析

摘    要:该文针对FMECA(Failure Mode,Effect and Criticality Analysis)在运用过程中存在部分模糊性描述,难以获得定量结果的缺点,利用模糊综合评判法对FMECA进行一定程度的改进,形成了模糊FMECA方法。文中以船舶动力推进装置的液压系统所采用的液压元件——比例阀作为研究对象,进行了模糊FMECA分析,并获得了比例阀各失效模式的危害度等级。结果表明,模糊FMECA行之有效,并对提高系统的可靠性有积极意义。

Abstract:The FMECA method is difficult to obtain quantitative results in the process of applying. For this disadvantage, The paper developes a new method-The Fuzzy FMECA Method by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to FMECA for a certain degree of improvement. In this paper, we apply the new method on the proportional valve, which is a hydraulic component of the hydraulic system of marine propulsion plant. And we get a harm degree level of each failure mode of the proportional valve as a result. The result shows that the fuzzy FMECA works, and the method has a positive meaning to improve the reliability of the system.
