| 摘 要： | 编辑人员遵守编辑职业道德规范无论对编辑工作有序地进行还是使社会文化健康地传播都起着极为重要的作用。编辑职业道德规范首先体现在编辑人员对事业具有默默奉献精神和对新知识孜孜以求的态度行为上;其次体现在坚持质量第一、坚持社会效益、坚持依法办刊等原则上;再是体现在尊重作者、帮助作者、培养作者等意识上。

| Abstract: | Editors' abidance by professional moral standards plays an extremely important role in carrying out orderly editing work and healthily spreading social culture.Professional moral standards in editing are mainly embodied in the following three aspects: editors' dedication to the cause and the attitude of industriously pursuing new knowledge,the principles of sticking to quality first,social benefit and legal publication and the consciousness of respecting,helping and training the author. |
