摘    要:采用固相烧结法,按BaBi4Ti4–xNbxO15的化学计量比,制备了钛酸铋钡BaBi4Ti4O15(BBT)陶瓷,研究了Nb5+掺杂量对其微结构与性能的影响。结果表明:适量Nb2O5加入不会改变BBT晶体结构,并能够抑制晶粒生长。材料的d33和εr均随Nb2O5加入量的增加而呈现极值型变化,但其tanδ持续增加,最佳性能出现在x为0.07处,此时d33达到16pC/N,而εr为270。

Abstract:BaBi4Ti4O15 (BBT) ceramics were prepared by the solid-state reaction technology, according to the stoichiometry ratio of BaBi4Ti4–xNbxO15. And the effect of Nb5+ doped amount on the microstructure and properties of BBT ceramics was investigated. The results show that the right amount of Nb2O5 addition does not change the crystal structure of BBT ceramics, but also could make the grains shrink. The piezoelectric constant values and the relative permittivity values all increase firstly and then decrease with the increment of Nb2O5, but the tanδ values has a continuous increment . The best properties are all obtained at the point where x is equal to 0.07, and at this point d33 value is up to 16 pC/N,and εr value is 270.
