| 摘 要： | 介绍了用CDMS系统对空压机进行振动分析 ,状态监测 ,故障诊断的系统组成 ,测试方案 ,测点布置。重点对振动参数进行了时域分析和频率域的频谱分析。根据信息处理结果找出故障原因和部位 ,得出诊断结论 ,并提出相应措施

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a system compose,test scheme,measure point disposal using CDMS to do vibration analysis state monitoring faults diagnosis for air comprssor.Pivotally analysing vibration parament in time field and frequence chart in frequence field.According to the results of information dispose,finding out faults reasons and position,educe diagnosis conclusion,bring forward correspond measures. |
