摘 要: | 通过检验310乙字钢不同部位钢的-40℃V型缺口冲击功,以及对应的金相组织,分析了310乙字钢组织对低温冲击功的影响,结果说明:同一支310乙字钢在不同部位的低温冲击功存在差异,主要因素在于铁素体的晶粒大小、形态及分布的差别。

Abstract: | With the inspection of impact work of V notch at different positions of 310 Z shaped steel at -40 ℃ and relevant metallographic structure, it is analyzed that the influences of metallographic structure on low - temperature impact work for 310 Z shaped steel. The result indicates that low - temperature impact work is different at different positions for identical 310 Z shaped steel. The main factors are differences of grain size ,form ,and distribution of ferrite. |
