| 摘 要： | 针对我国空中交通管制中心雷达系统运行特点，提出了一种对雷达性能进行检测的初步方案，分析了雷达性能检测所需的关键指标，即PSR（Primary surveillance radar）检测性能和数据质量性能、SSR（Secondary surveillance radar）检测性能和数据质量性能、PSR和SSR联合概率以及有效性。根据可采集的雷达数据信息，详细论述了上述关键指标的分析方法，最后分别就采集周期、PSR检测、SSR代码检测、有效性问题结合具体情况给出数据分析举例。

| Abstract: | Based on the actual performance characteristics of the radar system of Chinese air traffic control center, a preliminary plan is presented to test the radar performance. Critical indexes needed for testing the radar performance are analyzed, i, e, the PSR testing, as well as data quality, the SSR testing, and data quality performances, the united probability and validity of PSR and SSR, Based on the collected radar data information, the analyzing method for the indexes is explained, and data analyzing examples for the collected period, PSR testing, SSR code testing and the validity of these methods are given by combining with the actual situation. |
