| 摘 要： | 分析了普通高校师资队伍存在的主要问题和师资队伍建设的紧迫性。提出了人才引进与师资培训是当前普通高校师资队伍建设的两条基本途径,对这两条途径的各个方面进行全面的论述,并就相应的对策进行了初步探讨。

Two approaches of 'trained personnel introduction' and 'teachers training' for the cultivation of high-qualified teachers were proposed and fully illustrated in this paper. |
