絮凝剂比例以及淤泥浓度对淤泥脱水速率的影响

摘    要:通过实验着重研究淤泥在絮凝剂作用下的絮凝沉降效果和脱水速率,探讨絮凝淤泥体脱水的影响因素.以具有独立知识产权的絮凝剂FAS,进行了淤泥絮凝体含水率实验和淤泥的脱水速率实验,在不同龄期下,通过对不同絮凝剂比例和不同淤泥浓度情况比较,研究絮凝淤泥体脱水速率以及含水率变化规律,探讨淤泥浓度和FAS絮凝剂剂量对淤泥脱水速率的统计数值关系.结果表明,当絮凝剂比例在1.5‰~3.5‰、淤泥浓度约在18%~22%之间时,淤泥脱水效果和速率最佳.在最佳情况下,前48 h内淤泥脱水速率较快,400 h后淤泥脱水速率趋近于零.
