摘    要:5000mm宽厚板轧机主传动轴断轴事故,给企业带来巨大的经济损失。设备安装过程中,在承载超大力矩的主传动轴上加焊部件导致主传动轴产生焊接裂纹,设备投产长时间运行后,裂纹逐步扩大并恶化,最终导致了断轴事故的发生。分析事故原因,吸取事故教训,规范大型项目建设过程管理,在工程建设领域有较强的借鉴意义。

Abstract:The main transmission shaft broken accident of 5 000 mm heavy plate mill bring huge economic losses to the enterprise.In installation process of the equipment,in the main driving shaft to bear large torque welds parts that leads to welding cracks emerged in the main driving shaft,the equipment after a long time operation,the cracks expand and worsen gradually,eventually led to the occurrence of broken shaft accident.Analyzing the accident cause,sucking off the accident lessons,standardizing administrating large-scale construction projects,all have great reference significance in the engineering building territory.
