基于信息熵和层次分析法的电网节点脆弱度评估

摘    要:针对采用复杂网络理论指标评估电网节点脆弱性时存在的不足,提出基于熵权模糊综合评价的节点脆弱度评估模型。模型建立在信息熵和层次分析法理论基础上,综合节点的客观数据信息和主观专家意见,实现对电网节点脆弱度的全面评价。本文方法既可以根据熵权或专家权重进行优选,还可采用两者相结合的综合权重进行决策,而且便于扩展。以IEEE39节点系统验证了本文方法的有效性。

Abstract:Aiming at the deficiencies of node vulnerability assessment based on complex network theory,a method based on entropy-weighted fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to assess node vulnerability of power grid is proposed.Information entropy theory and analysis hierarchy process(AHP) were applied in entropy-weighted fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and information of objective data and the subjective opinion of experts were combined in the model to implement effective evaluation and sorting of node vulnerability.In this method,the expert weights and entropy weights could be employed separately or in an integrated way,and the problem could usually be better solved by the integrated way rather than the separated one. The method is easy to use,and convenient to expand.The test on an IEEE 39-bus system demonstrates the validity of the method proposed in comparison with other methods available.
