特厚高强海洋平台用钢的试制和性能研究

摘    要:采用转炉炼钢、LF+VD复合精炼、板坯连铸、控轧控冷和热处理等工艺技术,成功开发出特厚高强度高韧性的EH36Z35(钢板厚度80 mm)。试生产结果表明:EH36Z35的内部质量和各项综合性能指标均达到了用户的要求。其中探伤合格率达到了100%,常规拉伸和Z向拉伸性能合格率分别为100%和99.2%。在-40℃条件下,厚度1/4位置和厚度1/2位置冲击性能合格率分别达到98.8%和97.6%。

Abstract:An extra-thickness and high strength EH36Z35(80 mm) was successfully developed by adopting converter steel-smelting,LF + VD refining,slab casting,TMCP rolling and heat treatment and so on a series advanced technique.The trial-production results show,EH36Z35 steel has good metallurgical quality and high mechanical properties,which can meet the requirements of consumers.Among others,the qualified ratio of ultrasonic flaw detection attains to 100%,the acceptance rate for tensile properties and Z-directional tensile properties are 100% and 99.2% respectively.In-40 ℃ condition,the qualified ratio of 1 / 4 and 1 / 2 impact properties attains to 98.8% and 97.6% respectively.
