方波无刷电机换向逻辑的误差分析

无刷电机的换向直接与绕组反电势相对应，带有误差的换向逻辑不仅影响电机的出力和转矩的平稳性而且使换向恶化，严重时可损坏功率逆变桥。本文分析了位置传感器的机械误差和电气误差对换向的影响，指出了减小换向误差的途径。

Analysis on Error Commutation Sequence in Brushless Motor with Quasisquare EMF

For a quasisquare EMF brushless DC motor, its commutation corresponds to its EMF. Error commutation sequence not only affects torque and torque ripple, but also deteriorates commutation, or even damages inverter. This paper studies what will happen when there are mechanical and electrical errors in position sensor, and how to decrease errors.
