步进电动机最佳升降频的研究

摘    要:在分析步进电机加,减速过程的基础上,从步进电机驱动系统的数学模型出发,用数字仿真方法,研究步进电机最佳升降频规律,寻找出加速过程中各步最佳切换点,由加速过程转变为减速过程中临界切换点,减速过程中各步最佳切换点,并确定出优化的控制脉冲序列。

Abstract:In this paper, after analyzing increasing and decreasing speed process, we have researched the optimum increasing and decreasing frequency principle by computer simulation according to stepping motor mathematical model. And after this, we have found the optimum changing point during increasing speed process, critical changing point from increaing process to decreasing process, and optimum changing point of every step during decreasing process. Finally, the optimum control pulse array is decided.
