| 摘 要： | 大学生公寓是学生学习和生活的重要场所,是大学生思想政治工作的重要阵地。把大学生党建工作延伸到公寓,是新形势下做好高校思想政治教育的有效途径。应从公寓党建工作与人才培养的关系角度,制定大学生公寓党建工作的相应对策,合理的运行机制是基础,系统的教育培养是关键,学生党员的先进模范作用是保证,充分发挥大学生公寓党建工作在人才培养中的重要作用。

| Abstract: | Dormitory is an important place where students study and live,as well as a significant field of ideological and political work of college students.Stretching the Party-building work to dormitory is an effective way of doing the ideological and political work well under new situation.In view of the relations between Party-building and talents cultivation,to set the countermeasures of college students dormitory Party-building,the basic is appropriate operational mechanism,the key is systematic education,the guarantee is the model of student party members,so as to make the best use of dormitory party building in talents cultivation. |
