| 摘 要： | 中国水泥工业结构调整取得实效，2002年底全国投入运营的窑外分解窑水泥生产线总数已达222条．其熟料总生产能力达10590万t，新型干法生产开始进入快速增长期。但我国水泥工业结构不合理的状况尚未从根本上改变，还需加强宏观调控和产业政策引导，不断优化水泥工业的技术结构、产品结构和企业结构。

| Abstract: | Structural adjusting to China's cement industry has won practical effects. Till to the end of 2002, total precalcining cement kilns in operation all over the country reached 222 lines with total annual clinker productive capacity of 105.9 million tons. Precalcining process went into a rapid increasing period. But the unreasonable status in cement industrial structure has not changed fundamentally; it is still needed to strength macro readjustment under industrial policy guidance, to optimize technical structure, product structure and enterprise structure in cement industry. |
