摘    要:利用Pro/E Wildfire 3.0软件对便携式可折叠阅读照明器进行结构设计,包括对其进行三维建模,机构运动仿真和有限元分析.采用自顶向下的设计思路,细化到产品每个零件的设计.采用所见及所得的设计方法对不同的设计方案进行对比分析,形成优化完整的设计方案.

Abstract:Structure design of Portable Folding luminaire was carried out using proE Wildfire 3.0 software,which includes 3D modeling,mechanism motion simulation,and finite element analysis.Detail design of every part in the product was introduced according to the process from top to bottom.Different design scheme was compared based on WYSY technology and the whole scheme was optimized.
