聚丙烯SMS单向导湿非织造布的研究

摘    要:采用亲水性整理剂Hansi QS-CONC对聚丙烯SMS非织造布进行单面亲水整理,使非织造布形成亲疏水双侧结构而实现单向导湿。对影响整理效果的因素(整理液浓度、喷洒量和烘燥条件)进行单因子试验,并对整理前后材料的亲水性能进行测试。结果表明:最佳整理方案是整理剂与水的配比为1∶5(体积比),喷洒量为10 g/m2,烘燥温度90℃,烘燥时间3 min;经单面亲水整理后,聚丙烯SMS非织造布的透湿性能、导水性能有明显改善。

Abstract:Hydrophilic finishing agent Hansi QS-CONC was used to treat one side of the polypropylene SMS nonwovens to provide it the one-way moisture transport property.Factors which affect the finishing effects,such as the concentration of finishing agent,amount of finishing solution per unit area,drying condition and so on were analyzed and the hydrophilic property of the finished material was tested and be compared to that of the primary sample.The results showed that the best finishing conditions were as follows,the volume ratio of finishing agent and water be 1∶5,finishing solution per unit area amount of 10 g/m2,drying temperature of 90 ℃ and drying time of 3 min.After the one-way moisture transport finishing on polypropylene SMS nonwovens,its water vapor permeability and the moisture conductivity properties were improved significantly.
