直流电机监控及其调速系统的设计与实现

摘    要:直流电动机的闭环控制系统既简单、廉价,又非常可靠,在众多领域有着极其广泛的应用。以PC机作为上位机,以PIC单片机为核心作为下位机,对直流电机调速及其监控系统进行了深入的研究和设计。上位机能可靠地将处理后的控制指令和参数发送到下位机,保证下位机能够准确、及时地发出控制信号,并通过驱动器驱动直流电机工作。同时下位机可以正确地处理和检测电机运行参数并回送上位机显示。另外使用PIC器件完成了单芯片集成式运行电路的设计,实现了直流电机的正常驱动,简化了控制逻辑系统。采用PWM脉宽调制技术和功率集成开关驱动芯片作为驱动器件,提高了电路的性能和可靠性。最终实验结果表明,该系统不仅大大地提高了运行的稳定性,而且实现了电机保护功能,具有很大的应用价值。

Abstract:The DC motor closing-loop system is simple,cheap,stable and reliable,therefore its application is very extensive in many fields.The system adopts the PC as master computer and the PIC single chip as slave computer.Deep design and realization on monior and speed control system of DC motor are carried out.Control instructions and parameters have been smoothly delivered from the master computer to slave computer in order to guarantee that the work can be accurately and promptly done.Besides,the slave computer collects various kinds of state signal and feed them to master computer for display.A DC motor driver with constant frequency PWM is developed based on PIC,and the running performance of the DC motor is improved greatly.Not only has it improved the stability in high frequency,but can it utilize energy availably.The experiment results show that the driver has nice adaptability,stability,reliability and self-protection ability.It has been proved that the control system has nice real-time control,high reliability,and convenient man-machine interface.
