腐蚀条件下平台桩腿疲劳损伤寿命的预测

摘    要:介绍了在海水腐蚀环境中海上平台桩腿的疲劳寿命试验 ,得出了桩腿腐蚀试样及光滑试样的S -N曲线及da/dN -ΔK曲线 ,得到了服役海上平台桩腿的疲劳损伤计算方法。考虑了海水中的均匀腐蚀损伤及点蚀损伤 ,给出了这些腐蚀损伤的计算方法。根据疲劳与腐蚀两类损伤的综合评价 ,给出了桩腿实际寿命的预测方法。这种预测方法对在役海上平台的安全可靠性评估具有实际参考价值

Abstract:The experiments on fatigue life of offshore platform legs in corrosion environme nt of seawater are presented. The S-N curves and da/dN-ΔK curves of corrosion s pecimens and smooth specimens of the legs are obtained. Based upon fatigue life experiment results, the calculation methods of fatigue cumulative damage of plat form leg owing to ocean environment loads are provided. Besides, the unifrom cor rosion damage and corrosion pit damage of platform leg caused by seawater is sim ultaneiusly considered, with corresponding calculation methods being given. Acco rding to a comprehensive evaluation of the fatigue damage and the corrosion dama ge, the method for predicting the actual life of the platform legs is presented.
