| 摘 要： | 针对喷射脉冲清洁阀在Shell粉煤气化工艺系统中的使用要求。讨论和分析喷射脉冲清洁阀的结构设计、制造工艺和材料选择等。试验研究和应用分析表明:喷射脉冲清洁阀可以满足Shell粉煤气化装置的工况需要,对保证工艺系统的稳定运行是实用有效的。

| Abstract: | In view of the use requirements for the jet pulse cleaning valve in Shell gasification process of pulverized coal,discuss and analyze the structure design,manufacturing process,material selection and so on. The experiment study and the application analysis show that the jet pulse cleaning valve can meet the requirements of Shell gasification process of pulverized coal,and be effective and practical to ensure the process system operating stably. |
