摘    要:文章针对汽车转向器输入轴定位槽的形状特点,研究了保证该零件数控加工位置精度的实时测量系统的软、硬件组成,运动控制和测量方法.在此基础上,应用华中数控系统平台二次开发了基于实时测量的YJS-K002数控铣槽系统.

Abstract:An Realtime measuring system for keeping the position accuracy in machining the input axis positioning slot of automotive deflector is developed on the basis of studying the characteristics of these kind of parts. The software and hardware consisting of the measuring system, the moving control and the measuring method are introduced in this paper. Thus the CNC slot milling system YJS-K002 is developed based on Realtime measurement using Huazhong CNC system platform.
