摘    要:研究全球气候变化趋势对人类的生存与发展及国家能源政策具有重大意义。用比较研究的方法介绍了部分著名学者和专家对气候变异问题的最新观点,以及背后存在的经济和政治利益。无论气候变暖还是变冷,中国都面临着能源资源和节能减排的巨大压力。解决问题的关键是能源结构的调整和能源技术的进步,通过精确供能和终端节能提高能源利用效率。

Abstract:The research of global climate change trend has great significance on human survival and development and national energy policies. By comparative study method the article introduced the latest ideas of some well-known scholars and experts held on climate variability, as well as the behind economic and political interests. Whether global warming or cooling, China is faced with pressure of energy sources and energy-saving emission reduction. The key to solve the problem is energy restructuring and energy technology advances, through accurate saving energy supply and end-user energy-saving to improve energy efficiency.
