摘 要: | 基于光学技术的无损检测(NDT)技术,以其高精度尺寸测量功能及易于自动化而倍受重视,在对管道内表面腐蚀、斑点、裂纹等进行快速定位与测量过程中具有无可比拟的优越性。文章系统评述管道内表面基于光学技术的NDT技术的最新进展,分析比较各种光学技术的优缺点及应用前景。

Abstract: | Featuring high sensitivity and automation,non- destruction test(NDT) based on the optic inspection has more advantages in high- speed automatic detection and measurement of surface cracks and corrosions in a pipe over traditional methods.The latest development of optic techniques is systematically given in the paper.The advantages and disadvantages of each kind of technique and the trend of its application are presented. |
