| Abstract: | This thesis is about the research and design of a Ku-band receive subassembly, which has Sensitive Time Control(STC). This subassembly consists of such units as PIN voltagetuned attenuator? low noise amplifier? image reject mixer? pre-IF amplifier? STC circuit and soon. The thesis expounds the theories' considerations and results of each unit and the whole circuit of the subassembly. |
