| 摘 要： | 为了提高我国海洋管道铺设能力,特别是深海管道铺设能力,在简要介绍国内外铺管船用张紧器的应用情况之后,对海洋铺管船用张紧器进行了国产化研究。经反复研究和论证,确定了海洋铺管船用张紧器的基本参数、总体结构方案和总体控制系统方案。最后给出了张紧器部分零部件的三维设计图。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the ability of laying offshore pipelines,especially laying deep-sea pipelines,the application of tensioner machine used in pipe-laying vessel at home and abroad is introduced briefly,and the localization study of the tensioner machine is carried out.Through repeated study and reasoning,the basic parameters,overall structure scheme and overall controlling system scheme regarding the tensioner machine are determined.Finally,the 3-D design graphics of part of spare parts of the tensioner machine is provided. |
