摘    要:为了从舒适性的角度对路面不平度进行重新的分级,以十自由度整车模型为分析基础,以ISO2631-1:1997(E)《人体承受全身振动的评价标准》为依据,建立了行车舒适性评价系统.评价了在A、B、C三种等级的路面不平度下,丹东黄海DD-680大客车的行车舒适性情况.计算数据表明:路面不平度、车速和车辆自身性能对行车舒适性影响显著.通过已经建立的路面不平度与行车舒适性的关系,以人体全身振动的舒适性界限为基准,反算出路面不平度的界限值.初步地从行车舒适性的角度探讨了路面不平度的分级,克服了原路面分级与人体舒适性分级不一致的缺陷.

Abstract:In order to plot pavement roughness from the angle of ride comfort,an evaluation system of ride comfort was established by taking the whole vehicle model with ten DOFs as analytical basis and based on ISO2631-1:1997(E) Mechanical Vibration and Shock Evaluation of Human Exposure to Whole-body Vibration.The ride comfort conditions of DD-680 vehicle caused by three grades of pavements roughness(A,B,C) were evaluated.The calculated data indicate that pavement roughness,velocity and the vehicle parameters can influence ride comfort observably.By using the relationship established between pavement roughness and ride comfort,and taking the comfort limits of whole-body vibration as the norm,the limits of pavement roughness were worked out.The grades of pavement roughness from the angle of ride comfort were realized primarily.That can conquer the objection that the initial grades of pavement roughness are not consistent with ride comfort.The method adopted can provide some reference for the future research on the grade method of pavement roughness.
