固体超强酸催化合成异丁酸异戊酯

摘    要:以固体超强酸Fe2O3-TiO2-Nd2O3/S2O3^2-为催化剂,异丁酸和异戊醇为原料合成异丁酸异戊酯,考察了反应条件对酯化率的影响。结果表明,最佳反应条件为:醇酸摩尔比为1:1.4(异丁酸用量为0.1mol),催化剂用量为1.4g,在100℃左右反应4h,其酯化率达78.8%。该催化剂可重复利用且不腐蚀设备。

Abstract:Isobutyl amyl acetate is synthetized from isobutyric acid and alcohol wit solid superacid Fe2 O3-TiO2-Nd2O3/S2O8^2-
as catalyst. The effects of the ratio of esterification by different reaction conditions are studied in this papaer. The result shows that the best reaction conditions: molar ratio of alcohol and acid being 1: 1.4( weight of isobutyric acid is 0.1 mol) ,weight of cat-alyst is 1.4 g, the reaction temperature is 100℃and reaction time is 4h, the ratio of esterification is 78.8%. The catalyst can be used repeatedly with little cor- rosion to equipments.
