摘    要:根据纸币号码的唯一性,在纸币出入库时记录每张纸币的号码,建立币码档案,这样可以使金融部门等有效跟踪纸币在社会的流通情况,并进行有效监管,从而有利于解决类似抢劫运钞车、洗钱等重大社会问题.以一种基于数字信号处理器(DSP)的纸币号码识别记录装置,与点钞机或捆钞机结合,能够实现纸币号码在线识别记录功能.装置以DSP和图像传感器为核心,采用数字图像处理技术进行纸币号码的在线采集和识别处理.系统采集速度最快可以达到25张/s,识别速度能够达到20张/s,而点钞机目前的速度一般在15~20张/s.因而能够满足实际应用要求.

Abstract:According to the uniqueness of paper currency number, if the number can be recorded and the paper currency number archives file is set up when paper currency is put into or out of storeroom, it will be convenient for financial departments to track circulation of paper currency and to administer them effectually, and it is also benefit to resolve the grave social problems such as robbing money and washing money. One kind of paper currency number recognition and record device, which can recognize and record the paper currency number on-line in combination with cash-counting machine or cash-binding machine, has been designed. The system takes DSP and image sensor as its core. For the developed system, the number acquiring rate can reach 25 f/s, and the recognition rate is 20 f/s, while the rate of the commercial cash-counting machine is 15-20 f/s. In conclusion, the developed system can meet the need of practical using.
