| 摘 要： | 通过宏观和微观的断口形貌观察、理化检验 ,认为水泵轴的断裂属于疲劳断裂 ,原因是强度不足 ,并提出了有关设计、生产和维修的建议。改进了设计后 ,没有再出现水泵轴在使用中断裂的事故。

| Abstract: | The reason of pump shaft fracture was analyzed by macroscopic and microscopic fracture observing.The results show that the pump shaft fracture is belong to fatigue fracture.And some advice about design manufacture and maintain ance are put forward.After improvement,no accident of pump shaft fracture occurred. |
