中小陶瓷企业竞争战略的匹配分析

摘    要:根据自身的资源和能力,中小陶瓷企业选择适合的竞争战略是其在激烈的竞争环境中谋求生存和发展的一个现实抉择。本文以战略匹配分析框架为基础,建立了战略匹配度评价数学模型,对不同竞争战略类型所需的关键资源和能力进行了供求分析。

Abstract:According to its own resources and abilities, the suitable competition strategy that medium-and-small sized enterprises select is a reality choice in the intense competition environment where they seek for survival and development. This article takes the strategic match analysis as the foundation, establishes the strategic match appraisal mathematical model, and makes the supply and demand analysis based on the essential resources and abilities which different competitive strategy type needs.
