常规压光与超声压光工艺中的挤压力影响研究

摘    要:通过利用超声振动对金属类工件表面进行压光强化,介绍了一种新的工艺方法,总结了常规压光与超声压光的实验结果,指出了静压力在超声压光强化过程中的作用及其对工艺效果的影响,尤其是对工件的显微硬度、表面粗糙度的影响。并对静压力进行了分析研究。结果表明,超声压光明显优于常规压光,利用本方法可以提高加工精度和降低废品率,对实际加工有指导意义。

Abstract:Introducing a new kind of process of extrusion strengthening metal surface based on ultrasonic vibration,according to the result of regular and ultrasound extrusion,indicate the impact and effect of static pressure in the procedure of ultrasound extrusion,especially in terms of the effect of microhardness and surface roughness,then make an analysis on the static pressure.The result shows,comparing with regular extrusion strengthening,ultrasound extrusion is better,which can improve the machining accuracy and reduce the rate of spoiled,as well has a meaningful use for practice.
