全封闭式液压元件自动清洗设备的设计

摘    要:矿用设备所使用的液压元件,由于空间、性能要求高,特别是液压阀块孔道多、细、复杂,常规的人工手动清洗方式已经无法彻底清除残存的污染颗粒,且效率低、污染环境。从矿用液压元件的污染源着手,分析矿用液压元件的清洗原理,解决矿用液压元件清洗难题,并达到自动清洗、经济、高效、零污染的目的。

Abstract:The requirements of Mining hydraulic components are particularly high for space,performance requirements,especially there are multi-channel,small,complex in the hydraulic valve block.The conventional manual cleaning method has been unable to completely remove the residual particles of pollution,and inefficient,polluting environment.From pollution sources of mining hydraulic components,analysis of cleaning principle of Mining hydraulic components,solving cleaning problem of mining hydraulic components,achieving purpose of economy,efficiency,zero emission.
