乳化液泵阀体下压盖锻压过程的数值模拟

摘    要:采用DEFORM-3D软件对乳化液泵阀体下压盖锻压过程进行了三维有限元数值模拟,获得了有效塑性应力应变、载荷计算、材料流动及模具寿命预测分析,模拟结果为毛坯和模具设计优化提供了可靠的依据。

Abstract:The 3D finite element numerical simulation was carried out using DEFORM-3D simulation software for forging lower gland of the emulsion pumphead.Obtained stress-effective,strain-effective,load calculation,material flow rate and predicating the lifetime of die.The simulation results provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the designation of forging die structure,finally,we can design a sound forging die.
