| 摘 要： | 对煤炭压实机的滚轮轴断裂原因进行了分析,通过断口的宏观和微观形貌分析和ANSYS软件模拟疲劳应力分析,找出滚轮轴断裂的原因,从而对滚轮轴的结构进行了改进,提高了滚轮轴的疲劳寿命。

| Abstract: | The cause of the fatigue fracture of the coal compactor roller shaft is analyzed in this paper.By means of investigating the macro-fracture and micro-fracture analysis and introducing ANSYS software to simulate the fatigue stress,find out the reasons of the wheel shaft fracture.As a result,the structure of the wheel shaft is optimized,and its fatigue life is improved acoordingly. |
