张村矿综合自动化系统的改造与实施

摘    要:张村矿现有自动化子系统比较分散,不能集中控制和管理,生产系统比较简单不能实现自动控制,这种情况严重影响效能的提高,必须进行改造;经采用信息技术改造传统生产模式,搭建全矿井综合自动化基础平台,建设原煤生产自动化系统,对现有安全监测监控子系统的信息接入集成;实现了矿井综合自动化,保障了安全、高效生产,效果显著。

Abstract:Zhangcun coal mine existing automation subsystem dispersed,not centralized control and management,production systems are relatively simple,automatic control can not be achieved.This condition seriously affecting performance improvement,it must be transformed.After using information technology to transform traditional modes of production,to build integrated mine wide automation basic platform,construction of coal production automation systems,integrated information access on existing safety monitoring and control subsystem;achieved mine integrated automation,protection of safe,and production is efficient,effection is significant.
