摘    要:阐述了矿用救生舱的总体结构,着重介绍了救生舱舱体加工工艺方案,在实际生产中,根据舱体的结构特点,设计了专用工装胎具、采取了相应的加工工艺措施,从而保证了产品的质量,提高了效率,降低了因矫形和返修所带来的成本,提升了产品精细化水平。

Abstract:Expounds the general construction of coal mine refuge chamber,emphatically introduces refuge chamber shell processing technology scheme,in the actual production,according to the shell structure characteristics,design special tooling fixture,took corresponding processing measures,thereby ensuring the product quality,improve efficiency,reduce for flattening and repair costs,enhance the fine product level.
