| 摘 要： | 针对现有喷涂线抛丸室存在的设计问题,分析了抛丸室实际工作情况,通过对抛丸器、丸料提升系统、除尘系统和密封系统等进行研究分析,提出了抛丸室改造方案,为大型工程机械结构件喷涂线抛丸室设计提供参考。

| Abstract: | The actual working process of shot blast machine was analysed based on design problem existing in spraying-line of shot blasting room.The research of shot blasting machine,material hoisting system,dust-removal system and sealing system was conducted.The reconstruction plan of shot blasting chamber was also proposed.Providing a reference for design of large-scale construction machinery structural parts in spraying-line shot blasting chamber. |
