摘    要:围绕调车绞车托辊使用寿命问题,在对调车绞车托辊的使用条件,受力分析及传统托辊结构缺陷分析的基础上,设计了一种带拼装耐磨套的托辊。经青岛港4JDM-70调车绞车使用验证,这种带拼装耐磨套的托辊与传统的托辊相比,可提高使用寿命4~6倍。

Abstract:This paper focuses on shunting winch roller life,Swap car winch roller conditional behavior analysis and analysis of structural defects of traditional roller on basis ofdesigned a kind of assembly wear sets of roller.Use authentication via Qingdao Port 4JDM-70 shunting winch this band assembled wear sleeve roller with traditional roller can improve service life 4~6 times compared to.
