深孔镗床输油器结构优化设计

摘    要:输油器作为深孔镗床的核心部件,其结构的优劣是保证深孔加工直线度及深孔加工质量的关键。设计输油器的结构,并分析输油器中影响深孔加工质量的主要因素,从刀杆支撑条、刀具导向套、刀杆密封环、密封件方面对输油器整体做结构优化设计。对设计过程中存在的问题,基于有限元分析给出合理的解决方案,为以后输油器的优化设计提供参考。

Abstract:As keyset component of deep hole boring,it has extremely significant impacts on deep hole straightness and deep hole quality to oil feeder structure.The structure of oil feeder is designed,and the main factors influencing deep hole quality are investigated;It can be also optimized that are support bar of tool draft,guide sleeve of tool,guide ring of tool draft and seals in the paper.Problems are given reasonable solutions based on the universal finite element software in the design process,and giving reference to oil feeder designer.
