基于CAN总线的电动轮自卸车监测分析系统设计

摘    要:针对电动轮自卸车,设计了一种基于CAN总线的在线监测分析系统,给出了系统的组成结构,详细介绍了DSP与收发器的连接电路和上位机串口通信电路,讨论了监测系统软件和各个模块的功能。试验结果表明:该系统性能稳定,传输数据准确,实时性好。

Abstract:For electric-wheel dump car,monitoring and analysis system based on CAN bus is designed,the constitution of the system is given in the paper,the DSP and the connection of the transceiver circuit and the host computer serial communication circuit are analyzed in detail,the function of the monitoring systems software and various modules are discussed.The test results show that the system performance is stable,accurate data transmission,real-time.
