| 摘 要： | 针对小康矿原煤生产系统自动化程度不高的情况,设计了一套以PLC与Wincc为控制核心的集中控制系统。该系统采用工业以太网通信,提高了整个系统的安全性和可靠性。系统除了能够实时监测与控制原煤生产车间各台设备,还有操作记录、运行记录、报表打印等功能。进一步提高了原煤生产系统的自动化水平。

| Abstract: | Due to degree of automation in Xiaokang raw coal production system was not high,designed a centralized control system based on PLC and Wincc.The system uses industrial ethernet and improves overall system security and reliability.Besides real-time monitoring and controlling all equipment in coal production plant,the system also has operational records,running records and report printing.Further improved level of automation in raw coal production system. |
