矿用多功能网关通信接口设计

接口技术的多样性和各种不同的协议标准,使得异构网络之间的操作和信息交换难以进行。网关作为一种复杂的网络连接设备,可以支持不同协议之间的转换,实现多个设备之间的信息共享。设计的矿用多功能网关,参照嵌入式系统结构划分了功能模块:处理器模块、串行通信模块、以太网模块,可以实现RS232/RS485/CAN到IP的协议转换,并通过光纤、双绞线或电话线接入以太网实现更长距离传输。

Design of Communication Interface in Multi-function Gateway for Mine

The diversity of interface technology and variety of different protocol standards,maked operation and information exchange between heterogeneous networks difficult.The gateway as a complex network-connected device,can support conversion between different protocols,and achieve information sharing among multiple devices.The multi-function gateway for mine which this paper designed,by reference to structure of embedded system we divided design into function module: the processor module,serial communication module,Ethernet module,it can achieve conversion from RS232/RS485/CAN to IP protocol,and obtain more long-distance transmission through optical fiber,twisted-pair or phone line access Ethernet.
