| Abstract: | Leak electricity is easy to result in fire. Electric shock may arise accident. For the two reasons, the leak electricity safeguard devices are used to prevent body electric shock and the leak electricity caused by earth fault of circuits or electric devices in order to avoid fire or explosion accident and insure the life security of the people who have got an electric shock. |
