摘    要:在长距离输油管道高昂的运行费用中,能源费用占有非常大的比重,而输油工艺参数设计是否合理,决定了输油成本的大小。本文主要运用加剂原油管道优化设计数学模型对输油工艺参数进行优化设计,在减阻剂价格适当的情况下,应当采用加减阻剂的输油工艺,降低输压,以求最大限度的降低能耗,从而实现降低原油输送成本的目的。

Abstract:Oil pipeline,demending gigantic investment and operating costs,is one of the most important infrastructures in the petroleum industry.In the high running costs, energy costs plays a very large proportion.The transportation process parameter design is reasonable that Determine the size of oil costs.Therefore,The purpose of this article is that use the additives crude oil pipeline optimization design model of the transportation process to optimize the design parameters in order to maximize the lower crude oil costs.And if the DRA price is appropriate,Shall be in the transportation process plus DRA,reduce the number of Pump or Stopped part of the pumping station,Reduce the input pressure,maintaining the same pipeline capacity.This can not only ease the country's energy shortages,but also improve the economic benefits of oil companies.
