摘    要:该文建立了一种利用反相高效液相色谱法测定黄酒中草酸的方法,该方法以邻苯二胺为衍生剂,在高温酸性条件下与草酸反应,生成强紫外吸收化合物——2,3-二羟基喹喔啉,对其检测的最优色谱条件是:Dionex Acclaim 120 C18柱(4.6×250 mm,5μm);以甲醇和0.1mol/L乙酸铵(15:85 v/v)为流动相;流速1.2mL/min;检测波长314nm;柱温25℃。该方法测定黄酒样品中草酸的回收率为91.40%~103.70%,相对标准偏差小于9.30%。该方法简便、准确,适合测定黄酒中草酸的含量。

Abstract:In this paper, a method of reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) was developed to determine the oxalic acid content in Chinese rice wine. The derivatizing agent o-phenylenediamine was reacted with oxalic acid to form 2,3-dihydroxyquinoxalene, which had a strong UV absorption peak. The samples were separated on Dionex Acclaim 120 C18 column (4.6x250 mm, 5μm), eluted with mixture of methanol and ammonium acetate 0.1 mol/L (15:85, v/v) at 1.2mL/min, and detected at 314nm, the column temperature was 25℃. The recovery of rice wine was 91.40% -103.70%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 9.30%. This method was simple and accurate, can be used for the determi- nation of oxalic acid content in rice wine.
